Thankfully, the “most important election in recent memory” is over and the results have turned out as expected.
Kyrsten Sinema is doomed. And it’s her own fault.
She’s running for the US Senate in Arizona as a Democrat. But she has a big problem. During the Bush years she was an antiwar activist.
Trump’s support for Israel and its systematic slaughter of Palestinians took a beating this week when the United Nations flat out rejected a resolution introduced by the intrepid Nikki Haley. She wants to blame the Palestinians for Israel murdering them in the hundreds.
The UN rejected this and condemned Israel for its “excessive, disproportionate and indiscriminate” force against Palestinian civilians. 120 nations voted in favor of the resolution. Eight voted against, led by the United States and Israel. This resulted in the United States withdrawing from the UN Human Rights Council in protest.
That’s what Time magazine tweeted this morning. It is trying to place the blame for Trump’s immigration policy—specifically, his separation policy—on all Americans. Time wants us to stand up for the children.
Kim Jung-un was upset. Trump’s VP Mike Pence made an indelicate reference to the Libyan Model. It wasn’t a good sign following John Bolton’s use of the term. The corporate propaganda media mentioned denuclearization, but left alone “we came, we saw, he died,” Hillary Clinton’s psychopathic take on Caesar in response to Gaddafi’s brutal murder.
You can’t make this stuff up.
During my lifetime, I have experienced a number of big time war criminals—Lyndon Johnson, Richard Nixon, Henry Kissinger—and George W. Bush is right up there with them.
He oversaw the murder of over two million Iraqis.
Following the failure of Bibi Netanyahu’s Iran-has-nukes PR gimmick, the Israelis are desperate for an incident to get their long awaited war with Hezbollah, Syria, and Iran going.
Haaretz reports that Israel officials “believe” Iran will retaliate after the IDF attacked them on April 9 in Syria. Close to a month has passed and the Iranians have not responded, obviously realizing the consequences.
