COVID-19 and the Rockefeller Pandemic

An invisible viral enemy ushers in authoritarian control.

Back in 2007, film director Aaron Russo said during an interview with Alex Jones he was told by Nicholas Rockefeller the ruling elite planned to microchip every human on the planet. Rockefeller had tried to recruit Russo, who made a name for himself producing the popular Hollywood films Trading Places and The Rose, and later the documentary Freedom to Fascism.

Russo describes the ruling elite plan for total control of humanity in the following clip.

Following the introduction of the coronavirus—or what we are told is a virus—and weeks of nonstop media hype and horror film level theatrics that have produced mindless hysteria on the part of the public and demands the government do something to stop the alleged spread of a “novel” virus, the concept of an “immunity passport” was introduced by billionaire “philanthropist” Bill Gates, the COVID Credentials Initiative, and others.

“The tech world agrees on the need for some kind of digital certificate,” Coindesk reported on April 13. “Self-sovereign identity mavens were buoyed by former Microsoft boss Bill Gates asking for digital test certificates during a Reddit AMA last month: ‘Eventually we will have some digital certificates to show who has recovered or been tested recently or when we have a vaccine who has received it,’ said Gates.”

It is speculated this “certificate” will first entail the use of a “Quantum Dot” tattoo developed by MIT and Rice University. The concept of an invisible marker was announced prior to the COVID-19 “pandemic.” This technology would be administered with a vaccine and “embedded in the skin alongside the vaccine itself” and would “only [be] visible using a special smartphone camera app and filter,” according to ScienceAlert.

The post continues:

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation funded the team’s research, which was published in the journal Science Translational Medicine on Wednesday.

According to a Scientific American story, the project came about following a direct request from Microsoft founder Bill Gates himself, who has been personally involved in efforts to eradicate polio and measles through vaccinations.

Gates and Microsoft are behind a parallel marker project, ID2020. It is underwritten in part by the Rockefeller Foundation.

“The United Nations’ WHO is part of this ID2020,” writes Martin Armstrong. “Scaring the world and making people feel unsafe unless they are certified not to have this coronavirus just may be part of the plot behind the curtain. I hate conspiracy theories, but this is in the open. The health industry is destroying the world economy and making people feel unsafe. Unemployment is skyrocketing as people lose their jobs and will be then conditioned that if they have been certified, then and only then will they be safe to return to the workforce.”

Following weeks of forced lockdown, the destruction of the economy, mass unemployment, and the probability of food shortages and the potential of civil unrest, millions of people will undoubtedly accept the idea of a “holistic and market-based approach” to implementing a “good national ID” to “prove who you are,” especially if compliance and digital identification by the state will be the only way to reenter society, return to work, stay in your home, and feed your family.

Beyond the proposal of an invisible marker inserted below the skin upon mandatory vaccination, we so far have little idea how a humanity-wide ID scheme will be implemented. It may be an app installed on mobile phones or something more nefarious.

“Another hypothesis, at this point only a hypothesis, but a realistic one, is that along with the vaccination—if not with this one, then possibly with a later one, a nano-chip may be injected, unknown to the person being vaccinated,” writes Peter Koenig.

The chip may be remotely charged with all your personal data, including bank accounts—digital money. Yes, digital money that’s what “they” are aiming at, so you really have no control any more over your health and other intimate data, but also over your earnings and spending. Your money could be blocked, or taken away—as a ‘sanction’ for misbehavior, for swimming against the stream. You may become a mere slave of the masters. Comparatively, feudalism may appear like a walk in the park.

This is exactly what Nicholas Rockefeller told Aaron Russo was in development in order to control humanity. Although a microchip control device may be introduced under a number of emergency measures, the most effective pretense is that of an invisible viral enemy.

In 2010, just such a scenario was envisioned by the Rockefeller Foundation and the Global Business Network. Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development purports to address “a process of creating narratives about the future based on factors likely to affect a particular set of challenges and opportunities” and “the role of technology and the future of globalization.”

On page 18 of the document linked above, the authors envision a “pandemic that the world had been anticipating for years.”

Even the most pandemic-prepared nations were quickly overwhelmed when the virus streaked around the world, infecting nearly 20 percent of the global population and killing 8 million in just seven months, the majority of them healthy young adults. The pandemic also had a deadly effect on economies: international mobility of both people and goods screeched to a halt, debilitating industries like tourism and breaking global supply chains. Even locally, normally bustling shops and office buildings sat empty for months, devoid of both employees and customers.

This “scenario” is eerily predictive of the COVID-19 “pandemic” now underway. The Rockefeller narrative envisions a strong response from China. “The Chinese government’s quick imposition and enforcement of mandatory quarantine for all citizens, as well as its instant and near-hermetic sealing off of all borders, saved millions of lives, stopping the spread of the virus far earlier than in other countries and enabling a swifter postpandemic recovery,” the narrative concludes.

In the past, the Rockefeller and associated tax-exempt foundations used war to force economic, political, and societal change (see Rothbard: Rockefeller, Morgan, and War, chapter 8 of his book Wall Street, Banks, and American Foreign Policy).

The promotion and exploitation of war by the ruling and financial elite were highlighted by the research of Norman Dodd, the chief investigator in 1953 for Congressman B. Carroll Reece and his Special Committee on Tax Exempt Foundations, also known as the Reece Committee.

In 1982, shortly before his death, Dodd revealed during an interview with G. Edward Griffin how the elite considered war a primary driving force for the control of humanity and centralization of government.

Mr. Dodd makes his remarks on elite foundations and the unconstitutional manipulation of government, the people, and education beginning at 25 minutes and 37 seconds in the following video.

The COVID-19 op and the irrational fear it has produced are far superior to the expensive and destructive process of war in reformatting societies and gaining public consensus for authoritarian measures of control and manipulation.

It is remarkable that, over the period of several weeks, the ruling elite pulled off a financial collapse that is methodically destroying small and medium-sized business, generating record-breaking unemployment, throwing millions of citizens into poverty overnight, while advancing surveillance technology and society-wide control measures accepted to a large degree by victims afraid of a vastly exaggerated seasonal influenza.

COVID-19, Smartphone Surveillance, and the State

Total surveillance will negate political threats and our natural rights as well.

For the state, there is one primary imperative—to remain in power at all cost. If this imperative is to be successful, the state must impose, by stealth or deception, a system capable of monitoring all individuals who may pose an immediate or future threat to its dominance.

The COVID-19 “crisis,” produced either deliberately or by an act of nature, provides the state with a nearly airtight pretext for the imposition of further surveillance of the public, in particular political adversaries.

The largely manufactured “war on terror” following the attacks of 9/11 produced the needed climate of suspicion and fear to make possible the implementation of the Patriot Act, “a domestic-surveillance wish list full of investigatory powers long sought by the FBI,” an agency that has for many decades served as a political police force, a fact made public during the Church Committee hearings in the mid-1970s.

Much of what we know about technological surveillance in the wake of 9/11 was gleaned from the revelations of Edward Snowden, a former NSA, and CIA employee. Snowden exposed a number of global surveillance programs, including PRISM and XKeyscore, the former in partnership with Microsoft, Apple, and Google.

“The story of the deliberate creation of the modern mass-surveillance state includes elements of Google’s surprising, and largely unknown, origin,” writes Jeff Nesbit for Quartz.

The NSA and CIA “research arms” funded “birds of a feather,” including Google, as part of an effort to track and trace individuals across the internet. Funding was provided in part by the National Science Foundation and Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, also known as DARPA.

Human beings and like-minded groups who might pose a threat to national security can be uniquely identified online before they do harm. This explains why the intelligence community found [Google founders Sergey Brin and Larry Page’s] research efforts [into search engines] so appealing; prior to this time, the CIA largely used human intelligence efforts in the field to identify people and groups that might pose threats. The ability to track them virtually (in conjunction with efforts in the field) would change everything.

During the development of the Google search engine, Brin was in contract with an employee of the defense contractor MITRE Corp, a corporation “leading research and development efforts for the NSA, CIA, US Air Force Research Laboratory and US Navy’s Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command [and] the CIA’s internal Research and Development department,” according to journalist Kit Klarenberg.

The advent of social media further increased efforts to profile, track, and trace individuals. “You don’t need to wear a tinfoil hat to believe that the CIA is using Facebook, Twitter, Google… and other social media to spy on people,” CBS News reported almost a decade ago.

The coronavirus provides an additional pretense to further the already deep reach of the surveillance state and its corporate partners. The national security state has graduated from the exaggerated threat of Muslim terrorists in caves to an invisible pathogen a corporate propaganda media has exploited to frighten an ill-informed public—and thus clear the way for the state to introduce new and more intrusive surveillance.

Google and Apple have teamed up to create a system that tracks and traces individuals allegedly exposed to the coronavirus. “The technology would rely on the Bluetooth signals that smartphones can both send out and receive,” NPR reports.

If a person tests positive for COVID-19, they could notify public health authorities through an app. Those public health apps would then alert anyone whose smartphones had come near the infected person’s phone in the prior 14 days… The companies insist that they will preserve smartphone users’ privacy.

Google, however, cannot be trusted to preserve and respect privacy. In September the corporation was ordered to pay $170 million fine after it knowingly and illegally harvested personal information from children on its YouTube platform. Prior to this, the Silicon Vally tech giant was caught sharing its users’ personal information without obtaining consent. In 2014, Google was fined $22.5 million for implementing a workaround that let it spy on the browsing histories of mobile clients.

As Snowden recently pointed out, after COVID-19 runs its course the data collected will still be available to government and it will “use new causes like terrorist threats to justify continually gathering and analyzing people’s data.”

The expansion of the state’s surveillance network under the guise of protecting the American people from an invisible predator is being led by the son-in-law of President Trump, Jared Kushner.

“The proposed national network could help determine which areas of the country can safely relax social-distancing rules and which should remain vigilant. But it would also represent a significant expansion of government use of individual patient data, forcing a new reckoning over privacy limits amid a national crisis,” Politico reports.

Health privacy laws already grant broad exceptions for national security purposes. But the prospect of compiling a national database of potentially sensitive health information has prompted concerns about its impact on civil liberties well after the coronavirus threat recedes, with some critics comparing it to the Patriot Act enacted after the 9/11 attacks.

The state, however, is far less concerned with the health of the American people than it is with enhancing its control over them, in particular those involved in political activism outside predefined parameters set by the state and its political class.

If a total surveillance system is to be realized, people will be required to submit, not under duress or force but willingly and with open arms. Henry Kissinger declared after the LA riots that presented with the right crisis, people will turn to the state and demand protection.

“The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well-being granted to them by the World Government,” said the notorious Rockefeller operative. Kissinger made his remark during a Bilderberg meeting in Evian, France in 1992.

It is hardly surprising, then, that Kissinger used the exaggerated and media-hyped threat of a seasonal virus killing millions to argue in favor of world government. “Addressing the necessities of the moment must ultimately be coupled with a global collaborative vision and program,” Kissinger wrote for the Wall Street Journal.

This “global collaborative vision” of a one-world government cannot be effectively realized so long as there are political adversaries warning of lost liberty and the inevitability of totalitarianism inherent in the framework of so-called global governance. If allowed to be implemented, total surveillance will negate all political threats and our natural rights as well.

Israel and US Introduce Tech “Solutions” to Destroy Political Activists

Problem, Reaction, Solution.

If you’re interested in the backstory on Jeffrey Epstein—a story largely ignored by the corporate media—read Whitney Webb’s How the CIA, Mossad and “the Epstein Network” are Exploiting Mass Shootings to Create an Orwellian Nightmare.

The subhead reads: “Following another catastrophic mass shooting or crisis event, Orwellian ‘solutions’ are set to be foisted on a frightened American public by the very network connected, not only to Jeffrey Epstein, but to a litany of crimes and a frightening history of plans to crush internal dissent in the United States.”

Webb mentions convicted felon Oliver North:

Perhaps most disturbing of all, whatever technological solution is adopted by the Trump administration [to address mass shootings], it is set to use a controversial database first developed as part of a secretive U.S. government program that involved notorious Iran-Contra figures like Oliver North as a means of tracking and flagging potential American dissidents for increased surveillance and detention in the event of a vaguely defined “national emergency.”

North and associates used PROMIS (Prosecutors Management Information Systems) software to build this database. The software has a rather colorful past. “The PROMIS software was created by INSLAW Inc., a company owned by a former NSA intelligence officer named William Hamilton,” writes Ed Encho.

The software was modified for espionage purposes to include a ‘back door’ that could be used for spying on those that it was sold to… It is important to keep in mind the period when PROMIS was stolen in the early 1980’s and the fact that the technology boom was still years in the future which should give one an idea to just how far advanced and therefore how important that it was to those who would use it in order to promote a sinister agenda.

Richard Fricker writes for WIRED:

Designed as case-management software for federal prosecutors, PROMIS has the ability to combine disparate databases, and to track people by their involvement with the legal system. Hamilton and others now claim that the DOJ has modified PROMIS to monitor intelligence operations, agents and targets, instead of legal cases.

North’s “sinister agenda,” in addition to covertly working with the Nicaraguan Contras to overthrow the Sandinista government, included Rex-84, a classified plan to round-up and intern political dissidents. This was exposed by the Miami Herald in 1987.

One of Lt. Col. Oliver North’s first National Security Council assignments involved helping the government’s chief crisis-management agency update its secret wartime contingency plans, according to sources familiar with North’s work.

The sources, one present and two former government officials, said that until 1984 North collaborated with the Federal Emergency Management Agency in revising two crisis- management contingency documents and staging national emergency simulations.

During the hearings on Iran-Contra in 1987, then Rep. Jack Brooks questioned North directly on Rex-84.

[Congressman Jack] Brooks: Colonel North, in your work at the N.S.C. were you not assigned, at one time, to work on plans for the continuity of government in the event of a major disaster?

Brendan Sullivan [North’s counsel, agitatedly]: Mr. Chairman?

[Senator Daniel] Inouye: I believe that question touches upon a highly sensitive and classified area so may I request that you not touch upon that?

Brooks: I was particularly concerned, Mr. Chairman, because I read in Miami papers, and several others, that there had been a plan developed, by that same agency, a contingency plan in the event of emergency, that would suspend the American constitution. And I was deeply concerned about it and wondered if that was an area in which he had worked. I believe that it was and I wanted to get his confirmation.

Inouye: May I most respectfully request that that matter not be touched upon at this stage. If we wish to get into this, I’m certain arrangements can be made for an executive session.

The “highly sensitive and classified” plan to identify and target political activists is not a new or innovative concept. It began in earnest with the FBI’s cross-referenced “ADEX” list in the 1960s.

The FBI, then known as the General Intelligence Division (GID), began indexing names shortly after the First World War. The “reserve Index” of this voluminous list (more than 10 million people were indexed by 1939) set aside people who would be “arrested and held” in case of a national emergency. The system was tweaked with the “Custodial Detention List” (also known as the “Alien Enemy Control” list) used to round-up Japanese-Americans during the Second World War.

Since that time, the government has combined its numerous lists of potential detainees and whittled it down slightly to eight million people. The revised list is codenamed Main Core. The government has added names to this list since the 1980s when North was plotting his Continuity of Government plan to suspend the Constitution.

Michael Snyder writes:

It turns out that the U.S. government is not just gathering information on all of us.  The truth is that the U.S. government has used this information to create a list of threats to national security that the government would potentially watch, question or even detain during a national crisis.  If you have ever been publicly critical of the government, there is a very good chance that you are on that list.

Christopher Ketchum of Radar Magazine writes:

There exists a database of Americans, who, often for the slightest and most trivial reason, are considered unfriendly, and who, in a time of panic, might be incarcerated. The database can identify and locate perceived ‘enemies of the state’ almost instantaneously.” He and other sources tell Radar that the database is sometimes referred to by the code name Main Core. One knowledgeable source claims that 8 million Americans are now listed in Main Core as potentially suspect. In the event of a national emergency, these people could be subject to everything from heightened surveillance and tracking to direct questioning and possibly even detention.

Whitney Webb has done an exemplary job of connecting the dots on the Epstein case. She painstakingly links the efforts of US and Israeli intelligence to track and target political activists (in the case of Israel, Palestinians).

Israel, like the CIA, has spent a lot of time and money underwriting tech startups. The objective is to create a surveillance system focused on “pre-crime,” that is to say using social media, the internet, email, cellphone tracking, and other data to form a profile of potential enemies of the state and their political behavior—for instance, organizing a boycott of Israel or revealing the manifest crimes of the United States government.

Israeli and US tech companies, Webb writes, are “marketing themselves as ‘technological’ solutions to mass shootings while also doubling as covert tools for mass data collection and extraction, the end result is a massive surveillance system so complete and so dystopian that even George Orwell himself could not have predicted it.”

Following another catastrophic mass shooting or crisis event, aggressive efforts will likely follow to foist these “solutions” on a frightened American public by the very network connected, not only to Jeffrey Epstein, but to a litany of crimes and a frightening history of plans to crush internal dissent and would-be dissenters in the United States.

Obama’s Dirty Political Tricks. It’s an America Tradition

It’s amusing in a cynical sort of way that everybody—well, at least Trump supporters and his loyal MAGA crowd—are outraged by Obama’s spies in the Trump campaign and revelations of the administration’s dirty tricks, including a sting of Trump aides by the Department of Justice and the FBI.

Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) said “new information begs the questions: Who were the informants working for, who were they reporting to and why has the [Department of Justice] and FBI gone to such great lengths to hide these contacts?”

Trump Only Notices Mass Surveillance When He is the Victim

From Donald Trump’s perspective, the intelligence operation directed against his presidential campaign is “one of the biggest political scandals in U.S. history.”

The Donald doesn’t like to read. He prefers his information in small digestible chunks, delivered verbally by aides, who are increasingly neocon in orientation. Fox News is his primary source of political information.
